The short answer is: Every client’s needs are different, and the investment involved can vary.
There are typically 2 types of fees involved in the portrait creation process:
- Session fees cover a number of different services. Naturally, they reserve the photographer’s time and talent to actually create the images for you. But they also cover other services associated with the photoshoot such as; consultations and meetings before the actual photoshoot, travel to and from the portrait location, preparing preview images for you to review, and meeting with you to help you with the selection process and in placing your order. Creation fees can vary depending on the type of portraits and how much time and effort is involved.
- Prices for portraits and associated products depend on a number of factors, such as the size, quantity, and finish of your actual portraits and the framing that you choose, and can vary greatly. Everything we do is custom tailored to each of our client’s needs, and actual costs are determined 100% by what you decide to purchase. Other popular items like albums and other portrait products depend on production costs, and the number of finished portraits that must be finished to our own standards of perfection.

It is also important to know that we offer a 100% unconditional guarantee. If the images from your session aren’t up to your expectations, we will do more images for you or offer you a complete refund. If something isn’t right with your finished portraits, we will fix it, period. Nothing less than your complete satisfaction is acceptable.
